The 1030nm 200mW 100KHz DFB Narrow Linewidth Butterfly Laser Diode adopts a 14 PIN diode structure, and can work stably in continuous wave(CW) mode. It’s a high-performance laser device, with a 200mW high output power and narrow linewidth below 100kHz. It’s suitable for use as a seed source for lasers, spectroscopy, and optical sensing.
The high power 1653.7nm Laser module utilizes a planar construction with chip on subcarrier. The high power chip is hermetically sealed in a epoxy-free and flux-free 14-pin butterfly package and fitted with a thermistor, thermoelectric cooler, and monitor diode to secure high quality laser performance. 1653nm 40mW BTF laser diode for methane gas detection are Telcordia GR-468 qualified, and in compliance with RoHS directives.
Box Optronics provides 1550nm DFB narrow linewidth laser diode in a 14PIN BTF package. These devices offer up to 100mW of very stable CW performance and linewidth <100KHz. SM fiber and PM fiber pigtail are optional. They have built-in TEC coolers and monitor PDs. Side-mode suppression ratio is >40dB.They're frequently used in optical sensing and optical communications.
