Fiber Optic WDMs

BoxOptronics' fiber optic WDMs, also known as Wavelength Division Multiplexers (WDMs) are designed to combine or split light at two different wavelengths. BoxOptronics offers a variety of multiplexers with wavelength combinations spanning the visible, near-IR, and IR regions of the spectrum. 

Except where indicated, our WDMs are bidirectional; they can also split a two-wavelength signal that is inserted into the common port into the component wavelengths. For optimal combining/splitting performance, the input signal(s) should contain only the wavelengths specified for the WDM.

  • The 1450/1550/1660nm 1x3 Raman Filter WDM for DTS Systems Module is manufactured by using thin-film filter technology, it used to separate and combine different signal wavelengths at 1450nm, 1550nm, and 1660nm (or 1650nm). This 1x3 Raman Filter WDM with low insertion loss and high isolation Characteristic. It's widely used in Raman DTS systems or other fiber test or measurement systems.

  • The 1X2 1310/1550nm CWDM wavelength WDM Wavelength Division Multiplexer is designed to combine light from two inputs into a single fiber. This WDM is designed for 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths. Like all fused fiber devices, it is bidirectional: it can be used to split two wavelengths from a single input into two outputs. we can also provide other CWDM(1270nm to 1610nm) wavelengths WDM.
