L-band 1574nm 10mW DFB Butterfly Laser Diode adopts a 14 PIN diode structure, and can work stably in continuous wave(CW) mode. It’s a high-performance laser device with a 10mW output power. It’s suitable for CWDM or DWDM systems.
Box Optronics provides the 1532nm DFB fiber-coupled BTF laser diode for acetylene gas detection in a 14PIN BTF package. These devices offer a very stable CW performance. SM fiber and PM fiber pigtail are optional. They have built-in TEC coolers and monitor PDs.
