1064nm Infrared 200mW DFB fiber coupled laser diode

Box Optronics provides 1064nm infrared DFB laser diode in a 14PIN BTF package. These devices offer up to 200mW of very stable CW performance. SM fiber and PM fiber pigtail are optional. They have built-in TEC coolers and monitor PDs. Side-mode suppression ratio is >40dB. They're frequently used in optical sensing and as a seed source for lasers.
