  • The 1545.32nm DFB Butterfly Laser Diode 2 MHz Linewidth offers a single frequency emission profile and can be tuned by current and/or temperature to adjacent ITU grid wavelengths. This laser has a distributed feedback cavity design and is offered in a 14 pin butterfly package. This DFB has an integrated TEC, a 10K temperature sensor and an MPD (monitor photodiode). It has an output power up to 10mW. The butterfly package has a SM fiber or PM fiber pigtail and an FC/PC connector.

  • The 1550nm 100mW DFB PM fiber Butterfly Laser Diode is based on multiquantum well (MQW) distributed-feedback (DFB) and a highly reliable ridge waveguide structure. This device is housed in a high performance, 14-pin butterfly package and coupled to 1m of FC/APC-connectorized polarization-maintaining fiber.
