Box Optronics 760nm 10mW butterfly laser utilizes a multi-quantum well distributed feedback (MQW-DFB) structure, ensuring a precise and stable 760nm wavelength with a narrow linewidth of less than 2MHz. The 14-pin butterfly package integrates a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and thermistor for rapid temperature control. The 760nm wavelength is near the oxygen absorption peak, and utilizing laser absorption spectroscopy, it enables relatively high-sensitivity, non-contact oxygen concentration detection and analysis, offering high accuracy and fast response.
