This 1590nm center wavelength version has a typical 1.5 mW of output power and includes a back facet photodiode. The 9/125 singlemode fiber pigtail is terminated with an FC/APC or FC/PC style fiber optic connector. Applications include high-speed data and telecommunications systems and instrumentation, and optical instruments requiring a laser diode light source.
